Stock Administrator: SF at Anaplan

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Stock Administrator to assist with the day-to-day stock administration related activities globally. The Stock Administrator will report to the Global Payroll and Equity Manager and be a key liaison between Payroll, HR and Legal. This position will work out of our Minneapolis office or our vibrant corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA.  We are located in the heart of the eclectic SOMA district, you can feel the excitement and energy of what we do at Anaplan when you step into our San Francisco office. This role is an immediate full-time position, reporting to the Global Payroll & Equity Manager.

What you’ll be doing / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Equity Edge Online database and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Prepare and process stock options, restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plan on a timely basis for equity holders.
  • Prepare and distribute option grants electronically.
  • Partner with payroll team on all equity reporting requirements.
  • Support payroll team with light monthly data entry/auditing.
  • Generate reports from Equity Edge database, including but not limited to participants’ summary.
  • Assist in answering employee questions on equity.
  • Ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

More about you / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in stock administration in a publicly traded company.
  • Must have 3 years experience with EEO – Equity Edge Online and CRC
  • Must have experience with stock options and RSUs.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details required.
  • Strong organization skills, good work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
