ZEFR is growing!   We are hiring a new Content Analyst! You will get to be campaign performance expert who handles a portfolio of video packages that will help keep ZEFR ahead of the curve in the digital video world!

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Be part of the team that ensure the best YouTube content is being used for our clients' advertising campaigns. 
  • Reviewing YouTube videos to ensure brand safety/relevancy within campaign objectives.
  • Create complex queries used to conduct research on different brands, industry verticals and trends on YouTube
  • Perform research and data analysis, prepare written and visual materials based on analysis, and coach other colleagues in skills development
  • Pull and analyze raw data to draw interesting and relevant conclusions, to be presented to various internal teams
  • Support brand team with targeted information, specialized analyses and synthesized findings
  • Maintain an efficient and accurate level of production even with high workloads
  • Enhance the brand team’s current awareness of developments in the online video domain, with a focus on digital marketing and media strategy

Here's what we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering or Liberal Arts.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving skills, reading comprehension and writing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and execute general excel formulas and principles
  • Thorough understanding of online video and YouTube; cross-media research experience a plus
  • Ability to think strategically about a particular industry and/or product set
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility, can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
  • A solutions-focused problem-solver that can overcome obstacles to drive projects through completion
  • Comfortable with a fast­-paced, always­-on, start­up environment
