Marketing Operations Manager at SendBird

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help power SendBird’s Marketing engine. As a core member of the Foundations team, this person will be responsible for monitoring and enabling the delivery of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will understand marketing activities and will build out systems, processes and workflows to support and augment them.
  • Own the Marketing team’s tech stack across different tools and support the selection/management of our marketing technology ecosystem and associated vendors.
  • Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results as well as analyze how they will evolve across the sales funnel. 
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring, nurturing and routing to ensure that high-quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately to sales for qualification.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency/sub-optimization in marketing and sales activities; propose solutions that will drive better results. 
  • Work with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contribution.
  • You are a data enthusiast with strong attention to details. You have a great understanding of how to identify and resolve issues by utilizing data and any associated technologies. 
  • You are a problem solver with an affection for understanding human behavior; you understand what motivates people and the implications that has on resolution of marketing operations 
  • You are an excellent communicator and use your communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders.  
  • You understand that your ultimate goal is help the Sales and Marketing teams achieve their goals and you are equal parts advocate and candid advisor. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of delivering actual business impact.  
  • You thrive in high-energy environments where you are able to own multiple initiatives. 
  • Experience in marketing operations,preferably in B2B/or SaaS industries.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnels and associated marketing practices.    
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo; working experience of Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication skills; ability to align multiple stakeholders. 
  • Ability to run rigorous due-diligence for new technologies, tools/systems and vendors
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI and basic data structures.
