Customer Engagement Manager at Color Genomics

As our Customer Engagement Manager, you will be critical in driving Color’s success with our key enterprise clients - employers like Visa, SAP, Salesforce, Levi’s, Nvidia, etc. You’ll work closely with Color’s largest customers as a thought leader, shape our delivery and engagement strategy, and drive new business with our sales partners. 
 
In this role, you will:
  • Drive the strategy of customer engagement and implementations for key enterprise partners
  • Develop and own a robust employer customer engagement and utilization strategy, and work collaboratively with Marketing to produce appropriate engagement campaigns and ultimately achieve engagement and utilization goals
  • Lead all program management activities to ensure successful execution of complex new product introductions for Color’s customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with our Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to accelerate and scale deployments  
  • Develop metrics for success and provide regular and robust reporting, both externally and internally

What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably for a technology-enabled Benefits solution
  • Demonstrated success in project and client management requiring highly developed analytical abilities and thought partnership, as well as practical and action-oriented leadership
  • Repeated success designing and delivering presentations to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Highly motivated team player with creative thinking to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
