Channel Manager, Commercial Real Estate at Poppin

Poppin is looking for a Channel Manager, Commercial Real Estate to serve as a business development lead on our Growth team. This position will cultivate awareness for the Poppin brand and value propositions for the professionals in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry, most importantly the brokers for office space.  Our Channel Manager, CRE will be a critical role in creating lead generation strategies for our team and winning business.


  •  Interface with the Poppin sales team to align appropriate partner brokers to Account Executives and help drive leads based on new leases
  • Develop key relationships within the CRE community
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and messaging aligned around the CRE community and our target roles/personas, including specific events and programming relevant to this audience
  • Evaluate the SMB space and identify opportunities to partner and perform lead gen via Proptech companies
  • Develop the Poppin GTM model for lead generation derived from CRE relationships
    • Focus initially on the East Coast (NYC, Boston, DC)
    • Based on successes and understanding areas of focus, help us expand to new markets
  • Help determine the appropriate ratio of CRE referral partners to AE in order to create mutual value vs. simply a mass referral program
  • Create and conduct training sessions on CRE for Poppin sales and lead gen teams in coordination with our Sales Success team


  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience with expertise in the Commercial Real Estate landscape
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • History of fostering strong relationships within the CRE industry
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and legal to close strategic deals
  • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
