Product Marketing Manager at Starship

Starship Technologies is developing the future of delivery – autonomous robots that bring parcels, groceries and food to people around the world. The robots are completing thousands of autonomous deliveries per week in a number of countries around the world. 
 
The Starship Marketing team plays a key role in shaping how this future develops. We’re now looking for a Product Marketing expert to lead new marketing initiatives to further develop our service in new and existing areas. This includes creating, managing and evaluating new marketing campaigns to drive sales across our service areas, showcasing the benefits, values and competitive differentiators of Starship delivery and using data effectively to make decisions. 
 

Your normal work duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns globally to drive sales
    • Create marketing collateral consistent with Starship branding
    • Marketing the launch of new service areas 
    • Presenting, meeting and building relationships with local and national organisations, charities and schools
    • Bringing product stories to life, across online and offline marketing channels
    • Use customer insight and data to adapt and iterate marketing campaigns 
    • Track, measure and analyse all initiatives 
    • The Product Marketing Expert will also assist the Marketing team with events, media requests and other aspects related to this area of the business. 
    • Reporting to VP of Marketing

    • Have demonstrated hands on experience of launching new products around the world 
    • Have created amazing collateral for online and offline marketing channels
    • Are comfortable digging into the data 
    • Have proven leadership skills
    • Proven ability to be resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic business context, and is comfortable working with uncertainty and rapid change 
    • Have sound social awareness and strong creative thinking skills
    • Have a strong attention to detail
    • Have strong written and spoken English and are a natural communicator 
    • Are willing to work flexible hours across different time zones where required
    • Can work cross-functionally with business development and operations 
    • Have the attitude that no task is too big or small for you to complete 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in Marketing
    • Experience of working at a start-up and/or in tech
    • Proven ability to collaborate across cultures, geographical areas and cross functional teams
    • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

    • B.Sc/BA in Business Management / Marketing / Communications 
    • Experience at a global tech company
