We are looking for a Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You will be handling recruitment for one of Europe's most talked-about tech companies.
In short, to succeed in this role you have to be passionate about providing the best candidate experience, making people feel wanted and appreciated, while managing the relationship between internal and external stakeholders. You'll need great skills in prioritisation - we're trailblazers in a new market, and that means our work is always under the spotlight. Innovative technology needs forward-thinking recruitment strategy. 

You might just be the person we're looking for, if you:

    • Can take responsibility for all activities associated with hiring top talent
    • Can formulate the best sourcing and recruitment strategies, building recruitment materials and guidelines
    • Can perform pre-screenings and interviews with candidates
    • Can work closely with hiring managers to find the talent they need, for a fast-changing world
    • Can inspire creativity when it comes to attracting, engaging and landing the best candidates. This means making Starship a place that all the top talent wants to join
    • Can create a candidate experience that reflects the values of Starship, ensuring all candidates are treated with respect and care throughout the recruitment cycle

Ideally, you'll have:

    • Track record as an independent self-starter
    • Fluency in English and an ability to communicate smoothly in speech and writing
    • Technical recruitment experience is a plus, not a must
    • Preferably, experience with international hiring
    • Previous experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
