Benefits Program Manager at Anaplan

Anaplan’s HR team is looking to add a strategic and creative EMEA Benefits Program Manager who will help to scale our current benefits & deliver a differentiated employee experience. Our goal is to provide Anaplanners (that’s what we call our employees) with outsize support during the moments that matter most- and you are key to that strategy.

We’re growing quickly and need an action-oriented EMEA Benefits Program Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for EMEA benefits design and administration. You will partner with teammates in EMEA, APAC, and NORAM to deliver programming globally.

About You. You are passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience, knowledgeable on EMEA benefits, and have experience navigating benefits globally.  You’re a big believer in the power of data. Our product enables real-time data-based decision making, so you should use data to guide programming decisions and smart benefit investments that our responsive to a diverse group of employees. You can quickly understand Anaplan’s business strategy, talent strategy and employees needs across their life stages, and deploy benefits that are aligned;


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning benefits administration and design for EMEA;
  • Supporting benefits programming in APAC;
  • Creating/maintaining benefit policies and ensure compliance;
  • Managing our leaves of absence and time off plans;
  • Leveraging technology to put health tools at our employees fingertips;
  • Designing and administering our health & welfare plans (specifically in the UK, France, and Singapore);
  • Developing global wellness initiatives;
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws;
  • Supporting our international expansion through program & project management.


You have:

  • 5+ years of benefits design and administration;
  • Experience with a variety of insurance products and plans- including medical, dental, and retirement plans;
  • Experience with project management- including software implementations;
  • Strong communication skills- an ability to explain complex ideas using simple terms;
  • Ability to deliver benefit programs across different geographies;
  • A drive to stay current with the latest benefits trends;
  • BS/BA degree

  • Experience with Workday;
  • Experience in rapidly scaling, global, high tech company;
  • Experience supporting mobility and relocations.
