HR Program Manager at Anaplan

At Anaplan, we are looking for a senior, experienced, entrepreneurial HR Program Manager to join one of the fastest growing cloud vendors and make your mark on the industry.

You will take your proven track record of scaling the people operations of a hyper growth company in Asia to support the business to sell an incredibly versatile solution that is helping people and companies around the world every day to make better-informed plans and decisions.

This role will be based in Singapore and the lead HR for the Asia Pacific region.   



Located in Marina Centre our Singapore office is housed in a vibrant social hub of with a healthy mix of retail stores as well as food courts, coffee houses and a multitude of sit-down eateries. The perfect location to grab a team lunch or a coffee with your cross functional team. Our newly expanded office has an open seating plan and a fully stocked pantry with a stellar view of Marina Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Public transport is as easy as a brisk walk to 2 separate MRT stations, bus stations, and taxi stands.

In this role, you will be responsible for APAC HR Operations and benefits administration. You will partner with teammates in US and EMEA to deliver programming globally.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Maintain a working knowledge of regulations for all APAC markets to ensure that employment actions, programs, documentation and payroll requirements are in compliance
  • Active Team Member / Subject Matter Expert (SME) for country expansions
  • Onboarding & offboarding activities & documentation (paperwork/signed agreements as needed)
  • Coordination of immigration/visa/consulate invitations for visitors, transfers, and new hires if required
  • Assist in the program coordination and tactical execution of Human Resources programs
  • Manage Job Bank posting activities in Singapore
  • Support benefits programming and administration in APAC (including enrolments and changes to enrolments, time off and leaves, responding to local benefits queries);
  • Assist in benefits renewals where appropriate
  • Communicate benefit policies and ensure compliance;
  • Support our international expansion through local support and expertise
  • Manage payroll enrolment in APAC
  • A resource for employee questions on other HR items such as Operations, Benefits and Compensation

You have:

  • 5 – 7 years’ of demonstrated Human Resources experience, resolving complex issues with knowledge of labor laws
  • Knowledge of local employment practices and regulations throughout Asia Pacific
  • HRIS platform experience (Workday is a plus)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Interpersonal effectiveness, especially relationship cohesiveness within a team
  • Experience as a detailed and results-oriented professional to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to influence and partner across all levels of the company
  • Experience with health insurance and retirement plans;
  • Strong communication skills - an ability to explain complex ideas using simple terms;
  • A drive to stay current with the latest Benefits and HR trends;
  • BS/BA degree
  • Fluency in English
