Solutions Consulting Leader: North & South East Asia at Anaplan

As a Solutions Consulting Leader, you will be a trusted advisor of not just our pre-sales team, but also our Sales Managers and Account Executives.

The role will be based in Singapore and responsible for managing the Presales team across North and South East Asia.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for managing daily Presales Operations for North & South East Asia.
  • Oversee the performance and delivery of support to the sales organization within the region while contributing to the growth of the region and department.
  • Participating in Sales Strategy Sessions; assess needs of sales pursuits; and apply Presales Resources as needed to Sales Opportunities
  • Continue to build a team of high energy, professional, solution-oriented individuals
  • Align with Sales Leadership (AVP, RVP, other) to support end to end sales cycle.
  • Define and execute plan to meet and/or exceed prospects/customers engagement standards.
  • Create and execute a regional vision that aligns with the department and corporate strategy.
  • Manage professional development and career opportunities through support and enablement

You Have:

  • 10+ yrs. Consulting or Presales experience (Preferably SaaS) in EPM (Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation & Management Reporting) space.
  • 2+ yrs. of experience in Presales either in Consulting or Product Organization.
  • 2+ yrs. of experience in Managing & Coaching Presales or Consulting Teams
  • Proven track record of growing and mentoring co-workers
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical Concentration. An MBA would be preferable.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Passion for Solution/Value Selling.
  • Deep experience in a specific industry vertical.

Located in Suntec, our Singapore office is housed in a vibrant social hub of with a healthy mix of retail stores as well as food courts, coffee houses and a multitude of sit-down eateries. The perfect location to grab a team lunch or a coffee with your cross functional team. Our newly expanded office has an open seating plan and a fully stocked pantry with a stellar view of Marina Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Public transport is as easy as a brisk walk to 2 separate MRT stations, bus stations, or taxi stands.
