As our first Visual Designer, you will help shape the visual language and brand voice for Atrium. You will work alongside the product team to create pixel perfect visual experiences and consistency in the product’s story and design. In addition, you will work with our marketing team to define the brand through copy, visualization and product illustrations, photography, and physical experiences.

What would you be doing?

    • Be the driving force in visually communicating our brand both in our legal products and externally facing marketing materials
    • Work with product designers & other stakeholders to translate mid-fidelity mockups into high-fidelity designs and experiences
    • Create, manage, and collaborate on brand and style guides that are comprehensive and cohesive in style, voice, and tone
    • Drive our design team to become a world-class brand in our craft and our industry
    • Participate in design critiques with the product and executive teams

What does success look like in this role?

    • You're a Visual designer with +2 years experience designing top-end marketing websites
    • You have a wide variety of skills you have to draw from including motion/animation, storytelling, branding, and illustration
    • Deep understanding of how to structure and create content for a product marketing site
    • Clear and open communication skills. You can articulate feedback to help your teammates to become stronger designers
    • Ego-less and objective. You receive feedback well and can iterate on your designs within a team, no matter how attached to them you are
    • Ability to pitch, educate, and define your design rationale to members of the product team and the wider organization. You can articulate the ‘why’ and lead discussions about your process, explorations, and conclusions
    • Familiarity with common UI patterns used in web products
    • Prototyping and interaction design experience, ideally with Principle or Framer
