As Atrium’s designated Recruiting Coordinator, you will be empowered to be the glue of the Recruiting organization. This position is vital to our candidate experience and growing our happy and engaged A-team. By designing, implementing, and maintaining a delightful, creative, and high-touch candidate experience, you will help attract the top caliber of talent and impact the success of Atrium’s mission to transform the legal industry.
 
The ideal candidate works well in changing circumstances, delivers results quickly, thoroughly and efficiently, and has high integrity and impeccable interpersonal skills. Superior organization and prioritization skills are key. A growth mindset is also something we value in this role.
 
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Recruiting to contribute to Atrium’s success, learn new skills every step of the way, and raise your hand when there's an area to improve the Recruiting org. We're always excited to elevate our game.

What would you be doing?

    • Partner with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate, schedule and manage all onsite and video interviews
    • Use creative thinking to analyze, create, and implement new processes to ensure a strong and robust candidate experience
    • Be the ultimate host for candidates while representing Atrium with integrity, poise, and professionalism
    • Manage our LinkedIn and Glassdoor profiles to promote open roles and showcase our company values and culture
    • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity within our applicant tracking system (Lever)
    • Assist with overall candidate management from initial engagement through background checks to the employee’s Day 1
    • Complete a variety of recruiting projects that may include coordinating events, building content and trainings, and other ad-hoc needs.

What does success look like for this role?

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruitment experience
    • Experience working in a startup or customer service setting in an operations or administrative role
    • Proficiency in G-suite, Outlook, and learning new software programs (Bonus: experience with an applicant tracking system like Lever)
    • Exceptional prioritization, organization, and attention to detail; you let no balls drop
    • Team player mentality; you have a “can-do" attitude and enjoy problem solving
    • Works well in ambiguity and changing situations; you're adaptable
    • Customer-service focused; you thrive in meeting new people and delighting others with responsive, friendly and professional communication
