Job Description:
To build on Brandcast’s success and growth, we’re looking for skilled Account Executives with 2-5 years of closing experience, ideally within Saas or similar tech sales. Ideal candidates will enjoy interfacing with external customers and internal partners alike; and, be excited by the challenges and opportunities inherent to a fast-growing pre-IPO technology company. Account Executives are in charge of “hunting” new business across mid-market and enterprise to present Brandcast’s value as a platform for digital innovation across all commercial teams. Love for the creative process and experience with design processes, technologies, and methodologies of any type is a plus.
 
As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Director of Sales, who formerly served as an Account Executive and Sales Engineer for 4+ years at Brandcast. This role affords a broad range of tasks and responsibilities fitting the dynamic nature of a blossoming sales organization. TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
    • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads
    • Work closely with your SDR on strategy within your segment
    • Outbound prospect into your segment
    • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
    • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy, as we introduce enhancements to existing
    • Solutions and/or release new products
    • Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company's values and vision for the future

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Must have a "hunter" mentality and be able to prospect into new accounts
      • 2-5+ years of experience selling solutions or services
      • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
      • Experience selling solutions - not transactional products
      • Experience with calling on decision makers and executives (marketing and sales execs are a plus)
      • Past success building business cases to justify a purchase
      • A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
      • Startup DNA is a must
      • Experience with enterprise software or SaaS is a plus
      • Tons of energy, passion, humor and enthusiasm
 
This position may involve up to 20% travel within the continental US.
