We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Customer Success & Support team to help design, develop and deliver customer facing training and support material to enable successful adoption and use .  If you are detail-oriented and like to roll up your sleeves and are passionate about helping create a premium customer experience, we want to talk to you.
  • The Instructional Designer will design, develop and deliver customer facing training material to enable customers to be self-sufficient and proficient in using and maintaining the LeanData product suite. 
  • This includes: Conducting needs assessments to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives, designing and developing training  program  across a variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor led training, self-paced training, virtual, blended) based on client experience strategies,, as well as providing input on measures regarding business impact and effectiveness of proposed learning solutions.
  • Creating courseware objectives, design, development, and deployment strategies for world class blended learning programs that are experiential, driving behavior change and increases in product adoption/usage. Evaluating the business impact of deployed learning programs through use of learning and performance metrics. 
  • Collaborating with SMEs on writing and editing manuscripts, designing slides, recording videos as needed, as well as developing hands-on labs and quizzes to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record designing, developing and delivering user-oriented training collateral for SaaS/ Enterprise Software products/solutions across various delivery mediums (e-learning, virtual learning, live simulation etc.)
  • Experience leveraging standard eLearning tools, web-based meeting tools and knowledge of best practices, but flexible enough to adjust to changing technology and market conditions.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to translate complex technical content into comprehensible – and compelling – learning materials.
  • Must be able to work with cross-functional teams to develop a customized delivery framework that might include video courses, hands-on labs, and quizzing on topics relevant to the LeanData product suite.
  • Self-starter with high energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
