Director of Enterprise Sales at LeanData

This is a great opportunity to work with a fast growing, venture-funded company focused on making customers successful on the LeanData platform. 

We are looking for our first Director of Enterprise Sales to play a key role in scaling and growing the LeanData sales organization. We’re looking for a results oriented and driven team leader, who can balance strong strategic selling with excellent interpersonal and people management skills. This person is an experienced manager who has developed and executed best-in-class sales processes and methodologies. 

This manager will inherit an existing high performing team and will be expected to lead, develop and hire additional team members. You must have experience managing reps that sell face to face and in a team environment (ADRs & SEs). You should thrive in ambiguity and change in a fast growing company with rapid product innovation in a transforming industry. You will be based out of our HQ in Sunnyvale and report to the SVP of Global Sales (based in Sunnyvale).

  • Build, develop, and manage a team of 6-8 enterprise sales reps while fostering an environment for people to thrive.
  • Consistently exceed revenue goals and activity targets. 
  • Create, execute and refine the enterprise sales process
  • Manage overall enterprise pipeline and  forecast accurately 
  • Work collaborative with the revenue, revenue ops and marketing team to drive the overall business
  • Support reps and represent LeanData in face to face meetings with customers prospects and at industry events

  • 7+ years of sales experience including 3+ managing an enterprise SaaS sales team driving new business
  • 3+ years of experience selling at a B2B SaaS company ideally in the sales or marketing tech space
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster cross-collaboration, build team identity and winning culture
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to create, analyze and manage sales and financial metrics
  • A roll up your sleeves , be in the details and get things done mentality.
