We’re looking for someone who can lead content marketing and be the owner of our patient acquisition goals.

You should love words and storytelling and be empathetic to what inspires and resonates with our patient communities. You’ll create, analyze, and refine a cross-channel content calendar and manage all campaigns. You’ll measure qualitatively and quantitatively what works, and turn data into useful takeaways for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that drive the acquisition of new patient data and patient engagement on the RDMD platform.
  • Collaborates across the team, and especially with our patient operations lead, to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at lowest costs.
  • Role requires a brand publisher mindset: the ability to create content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
  • Other editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and outside agency personnel.
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results.
  • Grow and expand team, with understanding of budget, needs, and gaps in expertise.

Requirements

  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
  • Experience with Google analytics, Vimeo (or similar video formats) and the top social channels.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.
