As a program manager you will work with Fortune 500 consumer brands to understand their pain points in growing and managing ecommerce channel, uncover product opportunities and lead strategic product initiatives.

 

What the role is all about?

  1. Owning all customer onboarding and engagement processes throughout the lifecycle.
  2. Working with some of the largest consumer brands in United States and delivering jaw dropping value.
  3. Creating new processes and playbooks to make the entire team more efficient.
  4. Being comfortable with fast pace and constantly being asked to solve new problems.  

Desired Experience

  1. 3-5 Years of program management/project management experience in a software product company.
  2. History of doing sprint management, release management and product related communication.
  3. Demonstrated track record of being customer focused and data driven.
  4. Experience of working with customers and stakeholders in US time zone.
  5. Experience of creating and evangelizing processes/playbooks for improving efficiency.
  6. Experience of using JIRA, Trello and other project management tools.

    2. Communication Skills: You have to be excellent with written and oral communication. You should be able to produce high quality documents and be able to present to engineers, leadership, sales, customer success and customers.
    3. Bias for action: You should be willing to roll up your sleeves, go into the details and problem solve technical, process and business situations.
    4. High Ownership: In a fast growing startup, we want people who own responsibilities and deliver results without much supervision. They ask for help whenever needed. They make themselves heard and make logical data backed proposals.
    5. Attention to Details: A successful person in this role would have extreme eye for detail especially when it comes to technical implementations and the nuances of customer’s business.
