As Atrium’s Revenue Analyst, you will work directly with co-founders and senior management. You will have the unique opportunity to build an effective budget and forecast processes to support profitable company operations. By putting finance and accounting controls in place and improving processes, you will enable smarter business decisions across all levels of the organization that have a direct impact on the success of the firm.
As the team and company grows, the scope of your responsibilities will expand and further leadership opportunities will become available.

What would you be doing?

    • Execute on all aspects of the invoice-to-cash and revenue accounting operations, including but not limited to invoicing, collecting and posting payments, and revenue recognition
    • Review and improve revenue recognition processes/procedures for efficiency and timeliness of the close and reporting
    • Manage revenue month-end close by reconciling revenue number, recording revenue journal entries and AR aging reconciliation
    • Be the primary point of contact for billing alias and help manage billing related issues
    • Work with Accounts Management team to help resolve billing / invoice inquiries
    • As we transition to a new billing platform, will manage a new billing process in Zuora and reconcile data with NetSuite Revenue Recognition

What does success look like in this role?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 5-6 years of total experience
    • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections
    • Understands billing process and key responsibilities associated with the role
    • Team player who is able to execute tasks independently, you are proactive and enjoy taking initiatives
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
    • Revenue recognition experience a plus
    • Experience with Zuora and NetSuite a huge plus
