As an Application Analyst, your job will be evaluating, deploying, maintaining, and documenting a suite of internal business applications focusing on the G&A Team. You will work cross functionally focusing on systems from ERP to HRIS while demonstrating your project management chops across the entire team. As a member of Highspot’s IT team, your focus will be creating,  improving and scaling processes from a technical and procedural perspective. 

You have a strong execution mindset and possess the ability to take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without knowing the total picture.  You have proven project management skills to plan and execute multiple projects, manage timelines, manage project issues and risks, monitor project progress and report and document project deliverables, metrics and results.  You’re a self starter who has the ability to manage both the technical side of the house along with the procedural aspects of multiple projects. 


  • Establish and manage project schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidate, communicate and ensure resolution of all issues.
  • Operate with a clear understanding of the business strategic objectives and cross-functional dependencies.
  • You will be working with business stakeholders to define key new business processes in HR, IT and Finance that will support rapid growth. 
  • Lead initiatives through the end to end process (project establishment through internal launch) driving readiness and timely completion of all key milestones.
  • You will flex between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
  • Effectively document and communicate information to senior business leaders that enable sound business decisions and taking calculated risks.
  • Translate business strategies into clear initiative action plans.
  • Develop strong partnerships at all levels across Highspot.
  • Thriving on continuous improvement you will analyze current business processes and partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate them into new ERP/HRIS/Payroll and benefits platforms. 
  • Evaluate, assess and report out on results of project through both verbal and written communication.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years program/project management experience
  • Certifications in project management, change management, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc. preferred
  • High competency with Google and Microsoft productivity platforms along with industry standard project planning tools.
  • Proven ability creating, managing, executing, and reporting on project plans
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects for various internal teams while also building relationships with vendors and managing them throughout projects.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting terms, procedures, and workflows.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels and ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work across and influence a wide variety of audiences and all levels of employees
  • Excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through
  • Experience with Workday/Namley/Zenefits and Netsuite/SageIntacct applications strongly preferred.
