  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage a large integrated campaign for a strategic account from presales to execution.
  • Review content and provide feedback as necessary to meet client objectives.
  • Assess and recommend production and process improvements for content, internal communications and cross-departmental workflow.
  • Forecast and monitor delivery projections from month to month and report on those forecasts in a biweekly meeting.
  • Speak “client” fluently and help guide project kickoffs in the direction most advantageous to an IT pro and business decision-maker audience as needed.
  •

Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?

  • The must-haves (your track record proves you’re):
  • An organizational pro. You thrive on fast-moving, high-energy initiatives and excel at taming unruly projects.
  • A master multi-tasker. You have no problem switching gears from moment to moment, and you can keep track of your projects (and oversee a large volume of team member’s projects) like nobody’s business.
  • Detail-oriented. You have a knack for editing and a gift for grammar. You’ll be the final eye on myriad types of content projects.
  • Team player. You’re a collaborating fool, totally in your element working with different teams and talents to get projects completed efficiently and on time.
  • A problem solving extraordinaire. You aren’t afraid to think outside the box, find creative paths forward, and try something new to get work done.
  • A communication expert. You can communicate with all types of stakeholders and translate client expectations to writers, designers, developers, sales reps and account managers. You’re not afraid to be the voice of reason or go against something that’s “always been done.”
