Compensation Specialist at The Pill Club

We are looking for an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team.  Key responsibilities include overseeing, managing and administering our employees' compensation, rewards, perks, and benefits.
 
This role is critical to the evolution of our fast growing, dynamic company; developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

Responsibilities:

    • Design compensation programs based on business goals and strategy
    • Create consistent compensation guidelines that reflect the competitive market as well as matching our work and organizational culture
    • Lead the annual benefit open enrollment and merit focal processes
    • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
    • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
    • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
    • Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the field
    • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
    • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of previous experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
    • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
    • Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
    • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
    • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
    • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in high growth startup a plus
    • Knowledge and experience with medical related or online medical products companies a plus
    • BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
