Description
We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR Coordinator is expected to be professional, ethical and devoted to confidentiality. Taking the initiative to solve problems, conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills are essential. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
 
To ensure success, the HR Coordinator should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a good understanding of employee relationships, staffing, training,  management practices, and payroll. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

    • Data entry and management of HRIS employee database for new hires, employee changes, terminations, etc. Ability to deliver People Ops reports on schedule and provide ad hoc reports when requested.
    • Be the first People Ops point-of-contact responsible for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests on any human resources topic.
    • Design and maintain mechanisms for tracking employee compliance paperwork and employee & manager training requirements.
    • Able to maintain the confidentiality of all work and documents.
    • Exceptional Customer Service mentality.
    • Exceptional at multitasking, have demonstrated organizational and detail orientation, prioritization skills, and time management skills to ensure that work-related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Perform new hire orientations and deliver consistent onboarding processes to ensure exceptional employee experience.
    • Support People Ops Team with ad hoc requests and HR projects.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Requirements:

    • 1+ years of previous experience in a professional, service-oriented role in a corporate workplace.
    • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and GSuite, specifically Excel.
    • Knowledge and experience with HRIS software, specifically PayCor, ADP or Workday a plus.
    • Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively and independently in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.
    • Experience in high growth startup a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience with medical related or online medical products companies a plus.
    • College-level courses in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field a plus
