Advertising Sales Research Analyst at ZEFR

Zefr is hiring! We are seeking an Advertising Research Analyst to join our Zefr Measurement team. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Measurement, the Advertising Research Analyst plays a critical role within the research team, sales team and broader organization.   You will work closely with internal teams to help support campaign measurement & analysis, identify insights, and drive new value through your knowledge of research and advertising, right here at the epicenter of the exploding digital video industry.


Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Measurement and analysis of advertiser campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support post campaign reporting in partnership with the Account Management team.
  • Leverage proprietary and syndicated tools to create analyses for internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Support and analyze measurement data from test and learn frameworks across internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to create marketing collateral and campaign proposals, providing the necessary research to sell through our solutions.


Here's what we're looking for:

  • 2 to 4 years of media research experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency or TV Network
  • Experience with syndicated media research, ad effectiveness measurement and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of media planning and media math (reach, frequency, audience composition,
  • CPV, CPM, Lift, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences
