ZEFR is growing!  Due to internal promotion, we are hiring a new Sales Coordinator for our thriving Sales Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of changing directions on a dime, juggling multiple tasks and performing at a consistently high level without micromanagement. We are looking for a driven individual who is looking to grow within our ZEFR family!

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Support 2 busy executives in daily tasks, scheduling and projects
  • Manage expenses, book travel (international and domestic), organize calendars, set up client meetings and be a key component in driving the sales process for the team
  • Work closely with all levels of the Sales, Operations and Product teams. It's a great opportunity to learn more about different areas of the business world and get your feet wet in the field of digital ad tech 
  • Plan and orchestrate unique client events and outreach for ZEFR
  • Work hand in hand with other administrative assistants and executives to help keep the daily operations for the company running smoothly

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree a must- a degree in business/operations/management is preferred
  • Proven ability to think on your feet and anticipate needs
  • Strong multitasking skills, time management and efficiency
  • Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote, Google web apps (Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive)
  • Desire to be a team player and proactive in working with other executive assistants on projects
  • Natural curiosity and interest in sales
