The Manager of Channel Marketing will be a foundational member of the Revenue & Growth Team, which has ownership of driving Tonal adoption and sales. A successful Manager of Channel Marketing will make a tangible impact across the business in this highly visible role. This role will be responsible for executing Tonal’s strategic and tactical channel marketing plans with key retailer partners and others. This hands-on position will drive forward all aspects of the Tonal Channel Business including profitable channel revenue growth and coordination with our internal Creative, Operations, and Finance teams to execute channel sales & marketing plans. The role is based in San Francisco, California and will report to the VP of Revenue and Growth. 
What You Will Do
  • Be the first team member on the Channel team, helping develop and leading execution of the Channel Marketing plan for Tonal 
  • Execute partner-facing programs that build partner success and loyalty, as well as successful customer-facing programs that drive growth & profit
  • Create engaging partner enablement programs that result in high levels of partner sales participation and pre-sales capabilities
  • Develop in-store fixture programs such as displays and fixtures, signage, training, and other programs that drive customer education and demand
  • Manage outside resources for training and maintaining high quality in-store presence
  • Track performance of retail outlets and determine required actions to address performance issues if needed
  • Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Ops, and Sales to build a variety of Marketing programs that encompass Product Positioning, Demand Generation, Communications, and Events
  • Constantly evaluate the performance of the demand generation programs and weighing it against our investments in the market
  • Launch new programs, keep track of how they’re doing, analyze the results and make them better

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of Channel Marketing experience either at the regional or global level
  • 6+ years of work experience, ideally within a fast moving marketing organizations
  • Strong project management skills to deliver high performance balance quality, cost and time
  • Proven experience in building partner relationships at both executive and operational levels
  • Proven data-driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills
  • Expertise in contracting, negotiating, and change management
  • Proven ability to thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Data-driven with a number-savvy mindset
