Now, the role
You’re an events producer whose been at it for 3-5 years. You know how to identify conferences that drive ROI, run conference booths, and setup events that help the sales team push prospects through the funnel. You'll get to work with an experienced events team and learn how to scale a program.
 
NOTE: This role requires heavy travel (at least 1-2 trips a month outside the Bay Area)

Responsiblities

      • Sponsorships: Work with partner organizations to learn about sponsorship opportunities, evaluate prospectuses and put together sponsorship recommendations.
      • Conferences: Run everything related to Lattice’s presence at conferences from logistics to sales follow up.
      • Field Marketing Events: Work with the sales team to organize down-the-funnel regional events. For example, our customer/prospect dinner series.
      • Support Lattice Events: Support Lattice's community events series which includes panels, workshops and meetups.
 

What we're looking for

      • You have a 2-5 years of experience planning a range of events for multiple audiences in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a tech company
      • You have experience partnering closely with sales teams to develop strategies for event follow up and tracking metrics for events
      • You’re hyper-organized and have a relentless commitment to focusing on details, consistent communication, and creativity
      • You have a wealth of event planning knowledge and are comfortable executing the soup-to-nuts details for a variety of event formats, small and large
      • You have established relationships with event vendors and agencies
      • You have a passion for transforming brand principles into real-life experiences
      • You have superb communication and problem-solving skills
      • You have the ability to thrive in a high-growth workplace and be flexible when priorities shift
      • You’re intellectually curious, self-aware, have a solution-oriented growth mindset, and are ready to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
