As a Sales Operations Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in transforming the way Atrium sells and delivers products & services.  You will own sales pipeline forecasting, sales reporting, and Salesforce administration for our fast-growing revenue teams. You will work with cross-functional teams like Finance, Product, and Legal to decide strategy, improve systems & processes, and produce game-changing analysis.
 
Your work will drive the strategic direction of our revenue teams, products, services, and new business.  The results of your efforts will have a direct impact on the success of our business. You will work on a close-knit Business Operations team that touches every part of the company.  Atrium is a fast-growing organization with leadership opportunities available to you as the team continues to expand.

What would you be doing?

    • You will own analysis and reporting on our sales pipeline, sales forecast, and sales KPIs
    • You will forecast upsell & cross-sell targets, work cross-functionally to propose strategy, and implement engagement tactics to grow the business
    • You will build lead routing methodology and BDR metrics reporting  
    • You will create sales territories for the team and improve sales comp methodology
    • You will enable Salesforce improvements, build SFDC administration process, and develop integrations with other key business systems
    • You will design and improve key sales process for efficiency and connect the dots with downstream functions
    • You will work with cross-functional teams to identify new products, new service lines, or new business

What does success look like in this role?

    • 3+ years in sales operations at a fast-growing startup
    • Experience building sales models, pipeline, & forecasts
    • Experience administering & improving Salesforce
    • Experience building sales territories, lead routing, and sales comp methodology
    • Experience as an operator working with cross-functional teams
    • Experience with marketing tools and BI systems a plus
    • Exceptional independent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptable in changing situations
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a service-oriented team
    • Strategic thinker, efficient & execution driven
    • Approaching problems from a first principles perspective
    • Growth mindset: A desire to dive in and learn about new problems
