Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Junior Response Manager to join our team in London. The perfect candidate is a hands-on expert in running awareness and engagement campaigns, especially within display and video advertising. You bring a passion for driving results, coupled with strong analytical skills & an ambition to win. This role reports to the Sr. Response Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Channel Management

    • Manage the day-to-day activity for video, display and social advertising campaigns including creating new campaigns, optimising budgets, running planned tests on both creative and landing pages.
    • Run Zwift’s video, display and social campaigns, from optimization to measurement, in sync with Zwift’s marketing initiatives such as world expansions, esports events, and others
    • Along with the daily running of activity, this role will also support the Senior Manager in planning activity and handle tracking set up and measurement of the campaigns.
    • Support with reporting and data analysis for the programmatic channels
  • KPI & Dashboards

    • Will be compiling in-depth reporting that will be shared across teams within the company and help develop further the set of dashboards we currently use.
  • Collaboration

    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and ensure assets are delivered to brief and on time
    • Close collaboration with Content, Design, Dev and Product teams to ensure continued partnership success.
    • Collaborating internally with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure strategy, measurement, and reporting requirements are met
  • Management

    • Managing our current agency through the transition of in-housing.
    • Managing Zwift’s Google & Facebook relationship with the Head of Performance Marketing.
    • Managing a team of 1-2 in the near term and potentially more in the future.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in display and video advertising & ad operations, either client or agency side, with proven ability to drive performance.
  • Experience with display and video targeting including programmatic buying.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing awareness and engagement campaigns on mobile, across relevant paid channels (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, IG, etc.).
  • Experience in new coordinated digital marketing campaigns with a focus on big reach such as product launches, events, etc...
  • Phenomenal attention to detail. You love to get right into the weeds and figure out what’s making your campaigns tick
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tough goals and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
  • Truly outstanding quantitative analysis skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and AV360. GA 360 knowledge is a big plus.
  • Fluent English skills required, additional European or Asian languages (in particular French, German, Chinese and Japanese) are a plus.
  • Ideally with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related course of study.
