Do you love Marketing as much as you love sport? Media Strategy, Channel Planning and Creative partnerships are your jams, and your perfect day starts with a morning run or ride?

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Manager of Paid Media Strategy to join our growing in-house Paid Media team. Based in our Central London office you’ll help define Zwift’s Paid Media Strategy and work with our Endemic Media agency to reach, engage and convert our target audiences.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the Media Director to set Zwift’s global Media strategy
  • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing to ensure we’re working through the funnel from Awareness, through understanding to Conversion and Sale
  • Manage our Endemic Media agency planning and buying across Broadcast and Vertical media owners
  • Ensure Media thinking is driving campaign and creative development by working closely with Brand Marketing
  • Collaborate with Global teams - particularly with the Creative team based in our Long Beach, CA Headquarters
  • Be a bridge with Territory activation teams across the globe to ensure that local needs are being met
  • Help drive international expansion and Go To Market plans for expansion territories
  • Partner with PR and Affiliate teams to ensure conversations with Media Owners have a single focus
  • Support and report into the Global Media Director

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in the Media industry across Client, Agency or Media Owner side with a blend of skills sets covering:
    • Media & Communications Planning
    • Digital media led but with Broadcast experience
    • Brand development
    • Brief writing
    • Agency management
    • Report writing & presenting
    • Measuring marketing ROI
  • A practical knowledge of Zwift
  • Ability to analyze and report data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines required
  • Experience of working with large consumer brands, preferably across health/wellness/sport/tech categories
  • A keen interest in the wellness sector with broad based knowledge of the cycling and/or running industry, media and consumer landscape
  • BA or BS degree is required. Master’s degree is a plus.
