Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Sr. Response Manager to join our team in London. The perfect candidate is an expert in video, display and social advertising and uses them to improve awareness and engagement around key marketing initiatives. You bring a passion for driving results, coupled with strong analytical skills & an ambition to win. This role reports to the Head of Performance Marketing.

What you'll do:

Establish and grow the Paid Search and Paid Social activity within Zwift and across multiple regions :

Channel Management

  • Responsibility for planning and delivering subscription acquisition and eCommerce campaigns across PPC and  paid social. This includes an active role in planning and overseeing the in-housing operations from a partner agency.
  • Planning and improving account structures in order to maximise performance; the ideal candidate will strive to grow conversions while sustaining our target ROAS and CPS.
  • Drive Growth: Identify new channels & tactics to help accelerate growth and establish a test & learn mindset.
  • Maintain and develop performance dashboards which will help drive marketing efficiency and cascade digital learning within Zwift
  • Continually optimising campaigns to generate as much profit as possible
  • Lead the analysis of biddable media data against given KPIs to identify opportunities, continually A/B test adverts and landing pages

Channel Strategy

  • Championing PPC & Paid Social best practice throughout the accounts. Being Zwift’s ambassador for these channels through clear, concise communication and deep understanding of the industry.
  • Continually striving to deliver sales and subscriptions within the CPS and CPA caps.
  • Continually optimising campaigns to generate sales and subscriptions to match business growth goals
  • Analysing data daily to spot trends and opportunities and then acting upon them
  • Continually A/B testing and analysing adverts and landing pages

KPIs & Reporting

  • Developing and optimizing our reporting for all Paid Search and Paid Social media
  • Querying, tracking, and analyzing key performance metrics and communicating insights internally and externally regularly.

Management

  • Work alongside Zwift’s digital acquisition team, web team and partners to implement deliver and measure direct response activity across several digital touchpoints
  • Managing our current agency through the transition of in-housing
  • Managing Zwift’s Google & Facebook relationship with the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Managing a team of 1-2 in the near term and potentially more in the future

 

 

 

 

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years hands-on experience directly running PPC (incl. PLA) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) campaigns.
  • Proven track record of producing outstanding growth from your accounts, either agency or client side.
  • A proven track record of building, scaling and optimising paid media campaigns to deliver qualified traffic, leads and/or sales
  • Phenomenal attention to detail. You love to get right into the weeds and figure out what’s making your campaigns tick.
  • Truly outstanding quantitative analysis skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads. GA 360 knowledge is a big plus.
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tough goals and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global start-up environment is a big plus.
  • Experience in using consumer insights to design marketing acquisition strategy
  • Knowledge of third party tagging systems
  • Experience with multi-lingual accounts is preferred
  • eCommerce experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of paid search bid management tools and technologies e.g. Adwords, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of FMPs (e.g. MakeMeReach, Smartly.io, Naningans)
  • Confidence in using Google GTM and Data Studio
  • Working knowledge of a scripting language strongly preferred but not essential
  • Fluent English skills required, additional European languages (in particular French or German) are a plus.
  • BS in Computer Sciences or Technology or a related course of study preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
