Sr. Partner Marketing Manager at Leanplum

Role Location: NYC/North East
 
We are looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to help develop our partner marketing strategy, and work cross functionally with the marketing, sales and business development teams to build joint marketing programs that create awareness, loyalty, demand and drive partner related revenue. You will execute a variety of marketing programs and oversee the creation of sales enablement tools and demand-generation activities that help recruit, enable and scale our partners. 
 
The strategy will support growth across a variety of Leanplum partners including:
 
Service providers
System Integrators
Technical Alliances
 
You will have excellent organizational, writing, project management, presentation and communication skills. Especially under pressure, you will be a creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented focus. Additionally, you will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with executives and subject matter experts, and also be highly self-motivated who can demonstrate a proven track record of results. Equally important is your ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied projects, deadlines, and priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing to all types of partners with an emphasis on enabling them to grow on their own. 
 
You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with the SVP of Alliances. 
 
 
 
Required Experience:
Devise and deliver global eco-system marketing strategies in support of a multi-faceted landscape with technology, service, and app partners in collaboration with sales
 
Own strategy to delivery of a comprehensive set of partner programs and offers that are class-leading and seen as differentiated and exciting by partners
 
Overall budget management including program spend, Marketing Development Funds and project funding for internal and external resources
 
Developing and managing annual partner marketing plans, budget models and strategies in alignment with corporate growth and revenue objectives across multiple dimensions
 
including awareness, education, lead generation, programs, partner readiness and sales enablement
 
Building and managing a high-execution partner marketing team
 
Content creation and partner communication
 
Joint case study generation
 
Marketing liaison and project management
 
Defining and delivering marketing tools, programs and communications to assist partners in generating leads, for selling solutions, and closing deals -- ultimately driving revenue
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline delivery of relevant partner content via multiple vehicles including newsletters, partner web portal, and digital
 
Analyzing and tracking the success of all partner-facing programs. Implementing metrics to demonstrate return on investment against the channel marketing budget
 
Working closely with Sales and the various Field Marketing and partner teams to ensure smooth collaboration with partners
 
Working collaboratively with Marketing organization to leverage content, programs and communications for Partner Marketing and to ensure brand consistency
 
Developing joint value propositions that emphasize the business and technical benefits of a Silver Peak and our various partners’ solutions
 
Building marketing programs that drive support for service provider initiatives to create end-user demand for joint solutions
 
Regularly presenting in formal and informal settings, sales calls, and industry, partner and corporate events
 
Training the sales organization and our partners sales teams on capabilities and competitive differentiation
 
Participate in quarterly sales reviews representing channel marketing and all activities that support the enablement and growth of the channel

5+ years experience in partner marketing working with App developers, Systems Integrators and Technical Alliances
 
Proven leader with a track record of building and managing high achieving teams
 
Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering lead results within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
 
Ability to energize a team and engage them toward action and results
 
Creativity to build innovative programs that engage partners and optimize marketing dollars
Data driven executive who measures and tracks success of partner programs in terms of marketing funnel and sales pipeline
