Your mission is to build and execute a scalable field marketing function to help achieve our aggressive business growth targets, working across multiple campaigns and responsible for aggressive monthly acquisition goals for the field team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running large scale and small focused events and will understand the importance of integrated marketing working with multiple stakeholders so examples of how marketing disciplines work together, will set you apart from the rest. As you build out the field marketing plan for the region, you will also be able to build strong relationships with Field Sales teams to ensure a consistent process and criteria for pipeline and opportunity handoffs between Field marketing, LDR and Account Executives. Understanding the role of lead development and sales development, will be critical to success.
This is both a strategic and hands-on tactical role. You will get the full support of the marketing team, but you must be ready to plan and execute your plans without constant oversight. Your success will fuel our Sales organization and plays a critical role at the top of the sales funnel.


    • Execute the Lead Generation and Pipeline strategy for Field marketing east, working with AE’s and sales development/lead development teams to over achieve quotas.
    • Ensure the team is maximizing marketing spend and ROI to generate qualified sales opportunities
    • Plan and execute lead generation activities including qualifying inbound leads from marketing-driven campaigns and through relevant digital channels that support field marketing
    • Coach and enable the Field team to generate outbound opportunities using best practices for account outreach and ensure there is a consistent process and criteria for opportunity hand-offs.
    • Track and report on the region's pipeline metrics such as qualified sales opportunities as well as pipeline and bookings contribution.
    • Collaborate with digital demand generation and LDR to strategize on effective campaigns to drive demand.
    • Drive a strong and consistent brand reputation in region and represent the brand at local events
    • Manage local quarterly customer marketing events and interactions, to promote and leverage the success of our customers (for ours and their benefit).


    • Proven track record of successfully building and guiding field marketing strategy and execution.
    • Works with a remote team of AE’s to overachieve pipeline quotas.
    • Understands fundamentals of the marketing funnel from Top to Bottom, and activities to move prospects through to close.
    • Metrics driven and able to have data-driven and inspiring conversations about progress of their team.
    • Large scale organizational and project management skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
    • Proven ability in follow up activities and tracking results
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to work well as an individual and within a team.
