Digital Rights Account Manager at ZEFR

ZEFR is growing!  We are hiring a new Rights Account Manager to oversee the working relationship between ZEFR and a number of our key film, tv, music & sports Rights Management clients. We work with the biggest and best companies in the business, and our Account Managers are responsible for establishing strong, effective client relationships while consistently demonstrating ZEFR’s considerable value on the YouTube and Facebook platforms. 


Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for your partners, responsible for both fielding incoming requests from them, and proactively engaging them
  • Be the expert on your clients’ Rights Management services on YouTube & Facebook through a deep understanding of their goals, the current metrics driving their KPIs, and all relevant corporate and industry news and developments 
  • Illustrate ZEFR’s value to your clients through routine analysis of and reporting on the metrics driving the clients' goals, and through timely delivery of all scheduled client reports 
  • Work closely with the Product & Client Solutions operational teams to optimize workflows and comprehend how client needs align with ZEFR services
  • Work cross-functionally with our Business Development, Strategic Development and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, and annual contract renewals
  • Understand the full suite of ZEFR products and services to identify and deliver on opportunities for additional ZEFR-driven value 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Preferred Experience: 2 years Account Manager experience and/or experience working with a large media company 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adjust communication styles with at all organization levels both internally as well as with the client
  • Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel (experience with DOMO a plus), and being comfortable working on data-driven initiatives 
  • Experience with strategizing, organizing and executing large scale presentations (experience with Keynote a plus) 
  • Familiarity with the YouTube & Facebook platforms and their respective backend content owner tools is a plus
  • Solid time management and organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet deliverable deadlines
