The Salesforce Administrator will provide technical and analytical services to all internal users of Salesforce and integrated technologies to enable fast and frictionless GTM motions. As a key member of the Business Systems team, the Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Operations teams to deliver proactive, trusted and reliable technical support and consultation on both small and large projects. This person will also play an important role in enabling GTM teams to achieve maximum value in utilizing our services internally.


      • Drive system optimization
      • Proactively streamline and simplify data entry and workflow processes through hands-on Salesforce configuration
      • Identify and remove redundant or under-utilized data and system functionality
      • Introduce and implement data management tools and processes to measure data quality
      • Drive a rapid cycle of ongoing feedback, assessment and continuous improvement to system capabilities and health
      • Drive strong user engagement
      • Manage multi-channel user support ticketing process
      • Develop and deliver ongoing system training and documentation
      • Conduct ongoing office hours to support end-users across the globe
      • Accelerate implementation of new systems and features
      • Deliver rapid and comprehensive assessments of new systems and tools
      • Bring the latest trends and innovations in the GTM technology community to the company and educate the teams
      • Conduct discovery interviews and meetings to clarify and confirm business requirements
      • Build and execute rigorous system and UAT test plans
      • Actively participate in networking groups to bring best practices in-house
      • Partner with Salesforce developers on advanced customization and automation projects
      • Build and evolve integrated tech stack
      • Build and manage proactive integration monitoring and error remediation
      • Create and maintain living documentation of all system integration touchpoints from both functional and technical perspective
      • Identify and implement improvements to system integrations to increase their utility, strength and flexibility
    • Govern secure, robust and trusted technologies
    • Identify and implement strong data governance procedures resulting in complete trust in data and reporting by all stakeholders
    • Manage user administration and permissions including quarterly audits to insure system access if provided only where necessary and in line with position responsibilities
    • Follow structured software development and change management procedures in all configuration and setup changes


    • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise software company; deep knowledge in core Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality along with experience and familiarity with key GTM systems such as Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight
    • Awe-inspiring organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, delivering the highest quality results in a super high-paced environment
    • Solid listening and communication skills, driving clear understanding of customer needs and business priorities, engaging training presentations and valued documentation
    • Proven experience as Business Analyst documenting user stories, test plans, release notes, technical documentation and end-user training materials
    • Proactive and results-driven. Able to independently lead projects and independently scope, prioritize and execute initiatives
