The Revenue Operations team seeks to relentlessly improve the buying experience for our customers, create meaningful connections between marketing and selling, and accelerate revenue growth. We’re building a cutting edge go to market engine with our own platform at the center.
 
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with the Customer Success team to drive efficiency and scale. This role will work closely with the Director, Customer Success and CCO on forecasting, planning and operational organization.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to segment the prospect database and optimize our account based outreach
  • Track leading indicators of engagement and sales development, and analyze to understand what’s working and what's not
  • Create reports and dashboards for executives and sales teams to track performance and forecasts results
  • Clean and optimize large data sets to ensure accuracy for the business
  • Analyze business questions and make recommendations on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs
  • Provide materials and data that help Marketing and ADRs work more effectively
  • Manage existing and new systems to ensure they meet team needs
  • Remove manual processes and steps to make the team work efficiently
 
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years work experience in a quantitative, operations or analytical roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present technical content 
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com required
  • Prior experience with SAAS
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or operations field (e.g. Business, Sales or Marketing Operations).
  • Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Sales Engagement and Marketing Automation
