An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Homeland Security. The growth analyst position will use highly quantitative skills to process huge amount of data, build models, generate actionable insights and drive business impacts. The position will cover user acquisition questions and research multiple different acquisition channels and efficiency. The specific duties include:

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, optimize product experience, and make recommendations using quantitative analysis
  • Create and automate reports of statistical analysis and models that drive business and predict revenues
  • Critically evaluate data and information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Successfully engage in multiple research, data, and user acquisition initiatives simultaneously
  • Design and analyze statistical and quantitative experiments

The position reports to the Analytics Manager and does not supervise the work of other employees.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, finance or economics and 1 year of experience as data analyst. Skills required: experience interpreting business metrics and customer data, solid knowledge of statistics, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.

RATE OF PAY: Between $79,206.00 and $120,000.00 PER YEAR. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

HOURS: 40hrs/week. 9 am to 5 pm.
