User Experience Research Operations Coordinator at Turo

Turo is looking for a highly organized UX Research Operations Coordinator who will help our Research team make sure the voices of Turo guests and hosts are embedded in everything our Product team does.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end participant recruitment process for research studies. This includes screening participants, scheduling, resource management, communicating with them before and after the study, and ensuring they are compensated, and maintaining our host and guest participant panels.
  • Coordinate research participants for in-person, remote and ethnographic sessions. Including room booking, calendaring, tool management, vendor coordination, and testing equipment.
  • Work with our Researchers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Marketing team to coordinate project timelines and research requests. Develop an understanding of their needs and the participants you will need to recruit.
  • Organize research findings so that everyone at Turo can access prior research easily and develop creative ways to socialize findings throughout the organization. Uncover opportunities to recommend research.
  • Evaluate the current process, make recommendations for improvement, and implement improvements. Maintain current research tools and evaluate new research tools.

Skills and experience you possess:

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in operations roles, ideally supporting a UX research team. Experience in administrative duties, project management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Extremely organized and detailed self-starter. Comfortable with some ambiguity and the foresight to create a plan B before we need one. Active listening and systems-thinking; heading off issues as we scale.
  • Passion for effective and timely internal and external communication. Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if:

  • You are familiar with survey tools like Survey Gizmo, Survey Monkey, and Qualtrics.
  • You are familiar with project management tools, ie Confluence, Trello, Teamweek. You know a bit of SQL.
