You're a jack-of-all-trades and master organizer. You feel comfortable managing a wide range of operational day-to-day tasks, including planning company events and lunches, dealing with facilities, greeting candidates and visitors, keeping an office organized and well-stocked.
You have great soft skills with positive energy, contributing to our company culture. You are always organizing ways to help the team be more productive, energized, and you look forward to growing your skill sets as the company grows.
  • Help the team grow well: Keep the office running smoothly by managing the company schedules in Google Calendar, being the leader for office-related projects to boost productivity and contribute to culture
  • Be the face of the SendBird KR office; offering exceptional internal and external customer service and providing warm candidate experience
  • Being a point-person on the operational side
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions
  • Be the champion of company culture, building the team member community, and happiness by helping them get the necessary resources and tools, planning and organizing company events, lunch/dinner/happy hour, and assisting in on-boarding new employee and enrolling them in relevant perks
  • Partner with People team to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Must have an understanding of office administration
  • Super-organized and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful at finding out information online (and offline) for fulfilling the responsibilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very comfortable with online productivity tools (e.g. Slack, Gmail & Google Drive, Zoom, Zendesk/Intercom)
  • Availability to occasional oversee vendor projects that occur in the early morning and weekends
  • English proficiency is preferred
