As the Manager of Client Analytics, you will:

  • Drive vision for predictable and scalable analytics solutions that drive elevated business outcomes and client value, both internally and externally.
  • Optimize data sources for integration and alignment with product roadmaps.
  • Lead analytics consultation for cross-functional initiatives with groups like Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
  • Manage a diverse and strong team of Business Analysts and Database Developers.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and thought-leadership across the organization, encouraging all teams to lead with a data-first mindset.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of data analytics for digital campaign performance, customer insights, social trends, product and IT trends, and digital campaign performance.
  • Lead custom analytic projects including scoping, design, visualization and presentation.
  • Oversee operations, including revenue/project pipeline, priorities and resource allocation, vendor/outsourcer management, legal and staffing.

As the Manager of Client Analytics, you have:

  • Expertise in client management — you build and maintain strong, healthy relationships, and can successfully manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and proven ability to work successfully with management, cross-functional teams and customers.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience managing people
    • Strong leadership skills – you are a natural advocate and can develop, lead, inspire, and support a healthy interdisciplinary team
  • 7+ years’ experience in data analytics
    • Experience with digital campaign analytics and deriving actionable business insights from unstructured, distributed and diverse data sets
    • Experience with text analysis/social analytics
    • Experience using data insights to compliment traditional research findings
    • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, BigQuery
