Zefr is hiring! Our CEO is seeking a family assistant / executive assistant. 

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • 60% personal assistant work, 40% in office work
  • Run personal errands, groceries, etc.
  • Manage calendars for meetings, calls, and events
  • Prepare agendas and take notes in meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Plan and execute events

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Google Calendar and Google Mail (Gmail) in a professional setting
  • Someone looking for a long-term employment situation
  • A “no task too big, no task too small” attitude
  • Experience supporting a C-level executive, a plus
  • Mac proficient a plus
