As The Pill Club continues to grow at record speed. Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on giving every candidate an unforgettable experience, no matter the interview outcome. And we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to perfect our candidate engagement. In doing so, you will help implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies that will create a first class candidate experience from start to finish.

    • A Team player with a flexibility and adaptability to work closely with multiple Recruiters across all disciplines.


    • Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly.
    • Help evaluate processes and make judicious decisions based on efficiency & sensibility.
    • Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to design and schedule interviews.
    • Arrange accommodations for out-of-town candidates, including travel and lodging where needed.
    • Build out our administrative tools to make sure the Candidate process is seamless.
    • Be responsible for owning and juggling multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects as a member of the People Ops / Talent Acquisition Team.
    • Learn the ins-and-outs of The Pill Club and take on more complex responsibilities over time.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years in a recruiting coordinator or HR administrative role
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality as required
    • Positive energy and team-orientation
    • Bachelor's degree or higher

Desirable Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Lever ATS (applicant tracking system)
    • A familiarity with HIPAA privacy regulations
    • Experience working in a fast paced hyper growth start-up
    • A passion for Women's Health
