We automate e-commerce growth more than 500 major brands including many of Amazon’s most successful 1P seller such as Kimberly-Clark, Kelloggs, Logitech, Nestle, Kraft, and more.

Fueled by customer growth we’re looking for an extraordinary VP Customer Success to own, run, and grow the Seattle-based teams that ensure a fantastic experience for all of our partner brands. As a customer-obsessed executive at CommerceIQ, you’ll be a hands-on champion of customer experience, while developing premier teams with the goal of helping our customers win.

As our VP Customer Success at CommerceIQ, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with C-level, VP and Director level executives at customers.
  • Personally build, grow, and lead multiple A+ teams including Customer Success, Engagement Management, and analysts to support our customers
  • Develop the playbooks and processes that will delight customers in a repeatable and scalable way
  • Define the metrics and success criteria for our Customer Success function, and own outcomes including NPS, increased adoption, renewal, and upsell
  • Be an evangelist for CommerceIQ within customer organizations and industry events
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers on their high-value business problems
  • Be the voice of the customer within CommerceIQ to influence product direction and other strategic decisions

Our ideal VP Customer Success will have:

  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of e-commerce business within major consumer brands, and extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P)
  • A background that includes running the e-commerce business for one or more major consumer brands, or have led a significant consumer brand portfolio in an e-commerce company (ie. Amazon) or well-respected agency, or have been responsible for a sophisticated Amazon marketing budget (AMS, AMG, AAP, etc)
  • A real passion for technology, perhaps including experience influencing SaaS product roadmap, and the desire to be a customer success leader within a SaaS company
  • Extraordinary leadership skills and proven experience in building high-performance teams
