Junior Production Designer, Part Time at Poppin

Poppin is looking to hire a Junior Production Designer, Part Time to support our B2B Customization team. This role will be responsible for fulfilling rendering requests and creating presentation proposals showcasing client graphics on our desktop products. In addition to working closely with our internal Account Executive team, this position will interface externally with our print decorating partners as projects go to production. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate product renderings highlighting a variety of logo applications and treatments
  • Edit, resize, re-format, and place graphics to meet all third party decorator specifications and requirements.
  • Revise renderings to reflect feedback received by Account Executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate with our decorators on color matching and proof approval on orders that go to production.
  • Work closely with our Creative team in generating new mock up templates to support product launches
  • Assist with additional asset creation for our website and collateral
  • Meet project deadlines and deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of design experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud programs required.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; a Design degree preferred
  • Must be experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides, as well as color matching and proofing for paper and plastics a plus
  • High attention to detail and familiarity with generating specs for print production
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy, activity-driven sales environment
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills; experience working with external vendors or printers a plus.
