Marketing Manager at Noon Home

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and produce innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty conversion, and brand equity across digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will be executing projects from strategy and concept through production and delivery, working cross functionally with Product, Designers, and Engineering teams while also managing external agencies. This person must possess a strategic mind, project management organizational skills and be able to converse fluently with product, engineering, and creative teams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development of brand-focused digital marketing campaigns in support of brand efforts for our Noon products
  • Manage our media agency activity in support of these efforts and drive tactical testing to identify areas for campaign performance improvement
  • Influence the development of digital creative activations that reflect best practice for the the various ad platforms leveraged
  • Identifies opportunities to expand website and mobile innovation and to effectively leverage existing capabilities across divisions
  • Monitors website and analytics to yield actionable insights to help shape strategy and direction

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years marketing experience, client or agency side
  • Ability to manage complex program details while considering how each element impacts the big picture
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Proven ability to creatively and elegantly solve problems and manage requirements through negotiation, tact, and diplomacy in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
