In this role, you will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with Noon’s target business segments.

What you'll do:

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements/financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending solutions
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience developing new and existing customer or partner relationships, delivering strategic proposals and interacting with executives of major prospective customers, involving customer negotiations or influencing and persuading other senior level managers
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communications, problem solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, operate with tight deadlines and have the awareness to reset priorities as needed
