As our first Head of Sales, you will manage a team of high-performing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Your charge is to accelerate Atrium’s growth through improving sales process, increasing headcount, and fostering a winning culture.
Your success will mean that Atrium continues to grow bookings at 300%+ YoY and be set up to scale through the next phase of hypergrowth. You will maintain fantastic relationships with the legal delivery team and the account managers to create the best client experience possible and your team’s feedback from prospective clients will be used to ensure we build products that revolutionize the legal industry.
This role will report directly to the VP of Revenue and have high visibility within Atrium. You will be given access to the resources and mentors to grow at an extremely fast pace, you will be given targets that are aggressive but rational/achievable, and you will work in a team that truly cares about each other.

What would you be doing?

    • Execute on sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets
    • Define objectives and KPIs; provide accurate and detailed forecasting, establish quotas and compensation structure, and drive territory plan development
    • Continue to improve and iterate on a repeatable sales process
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing to create and execute a winning full-funnel strategy
    • Be a leader within the broader company

What does success look like in this role?

    • 8+ years experience selling at technology, venture capital, or services businesses
    • 4+ years managing high-performing sales teams selling new business
    • Performance and metrics driven; you have a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding personal and team sales goals
    • Influential people management experience; you love coaching and you inspire people to perform at their best
    • Excellent communication skills; you are well-poised and have the ability to build interpersonal relationships and communicate with founders, partners and VCs
    • Strong understanding of venture capital and startup ecosystem
