Overview
 
As a founding member of Tonal’s Inside Sales team, this role is focused on achieving and growing measurable sales results from an existing customer database and inbound leads. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you will educate and skillfully guide customers through the Tonal buying experience while ensuring the highest level of quality, customer care, and integrity through interactions via email, phone, and live chat. 
 
The ideal candidate is goal driven, possesses superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build awareness and understanding of Tonal’s customers. This person should have an understanding of the fitness industry and the ability to effectively communicate Tonal's differentiated offering through education and inspiration.


What You Will Do 
 
  • Become an expert in Tonal’s product and adapt quickly to suit customer needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success
  • Educate, strategize, and successfully sell Tonal through a high volume of sales calls, email response, and live web chat
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you understand the importance of sales numbers
  • Listen and engage with our customers, surfacing relevant learnings to share with the team


Who You Are
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role with experience in sales, customer service, or customer success
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Self-starter who is able to iterate quickly and work well with a team
  • A strong writer and clear communicator, who can implement sales strategies for complicated and complex products
  • Available for a start date of July 15th
 
Extra Credit
  • Experience in the fitness or sports industry or a passion for strength training, exercise, health and fitness
