Tonal’s Recruiting Operations Coordinator will work on a combination of strategic projects as well as assisting in driving our core recruiting operations. You’ll work closely with our Talent Team to identify key people requirements and provide vital support in the area of recruiting to ensure Tonal acquires exceptional talent that directly supports our mission, values, and culture. You'll also work closely with our Hiring Managers and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our Recruiting process. You'll coordinate interview loops and travel for candidates, providing an uncommon experience to both our internal business partners and candidates. You’re our go-to person for recruiting help and may pitch in on events, projects or digging into the latest creative recruiting ideas. 
What You Will Do
  • Serve as a partner to Recruiters and Hiring managers, executing on all coordination efforts related to specific business units
  • Define, build, manage, and communicate key program metrics to drive for greater efficiencies and operational effectiveness
  • Focus on creating self-serve, streamlined and automated dashboards and metrics
  • Own day of experience for the candidate 
  • Submit background checks into third-party system
  • Participate in special projects such as planning and executing events, meetups, and partnerships 
  • Scheduling a high volume of interviews - onsite, remote, and via Zoom or Hangouts Meet
  • Coordinating epic events to attract talent (i.e. meetups, hackathons, recruiting days)
  • Liaise with key business partners within the organization to drive and maintain hiring processes while adhering to tight deadlines and service level agreements
  • Assist in various process improvement projects across the department

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience
  • Ability to establish relationships externally and internally with individuals across all functions of our organization
  • Innovative: you are passionate about process and systems, and are always on the lookout to utilize technology to improve processes to make your life easier
  • Tech-ease: you've got to be familiar with G Suite, and have a natural ability to pick-up on new programs and tools. Experience with Google Calendars, Google Spreadsheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Google Hire a plus)
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records
  • Long-term interest in recruitment with motivation to develop into a full-cycle recruiter
  • Experience with event coordination a plus
