Product Marketing Manager at
Austin, TX, US

The team is looking for a technical Product Marketing Manager to help us scale go-to-market initiatives.

We know you’ll do great things here.

You’ll be focused on bringing new capabilities, benefits, and thought leadership to life. You’re insatiably curious about our customers and use everything you learn to tailor our messaging to their needs. For this role, you’ll develop and create the content that helps go-to-market execution, thought leadership, speeding up the buying cycle, and user adoption.

Product marketing can be a lot of things, and responsibilities tend to evolve with the product, market, and current strategic needs. Right now, we’re in a rapid growth stage that relies on a lot of fast content creation, from internal enablement to external collateral and beyond. So, you must love writing and be comfortable doing a lot of it.

You’re a good fit for our team if you actively seek out and explain a product or capability’s value, not just how it works. You’re not afraid to make recommendations to your readers. You don’t shy away from asking the tough questions of internal partners either, like, “What problem does this solve?”, “Have we considered the opportunity costs of doing this?”, and “What impact do we hope this will have when it gets deployed?” You always think about the goal and how to measure success when taking on a new project.

We’re still in startup mode at, and nearly everything we do is cross-functional. You know the realities of working at a high-growth startup, and this exhilarates you more than intimidates you. You will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You’ll partner with Product leads and a diverse group of people on other teams to successfully bring core capabilities to market.

You should already be comfortable with standard messaging and customer journey frameworks. Your content will engage key buyer and user personas with the right message for each stage. You’ll know what’s important to them and how they prefer to communicate.

You should be skilled at writing clearly about complicated things. You don’t use jargon, cliches, or filler. Right now, you’re thinking about ways to make this job description better. It’s something you can’t turn off.
