- Manage Customer Success Activities of on-boarding, training, and customer support
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn of current customers
- Influence future lifetime value by driving higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
- Cross-train with Sales Engineering to maintain product presentation skills and market understanding
- Proven Customer Success or Sales Engineering experience with a focus on presentation and communication skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and support process of customers
- Strong phone presence
- Experience managing incoming help requests
- Experience managing proactive outgoing check ups and follow ups
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions, understanding general enterprise security and access considerations for data
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
